AirAgora prioritizes direct conversations with people using the core planning loop. Specific examples are more valuable than broad feature lists.
Billing and account support
For a subscription question, include the account email and a general description but never card numbers, bank information, or Checkout secrets. Stripe receipts and portal details can help identify the purchase.
For sign-in, export, or deletion issues, describe the step and visible error. Do not forward an active magic link or session cookie.
Privacy and data requests
Authenticated users should first use settings for export or deletion. For another privacy request, email from the address associated with the account so AirAgora can perform appropriate verification.
Do not send medical records, student records, or unrelated identity documents. AirAgora will ask only for the minimum verification needed.
Source corrections and editorial feedback
If a city fact, citation, translation, route, or methodological explanation appears wrong, include the exact URL, quoted text, and a primary source. AirAgora will not add unsupported local pollution narratives to satisfy a correction request.
GeoNames facts and city routes can be checked against the published source data and directory rules. Live forecast discrepancies need the city, timestamp, named OpenWeather 1–5 scale, and source context—not credentials.
Security reports and response expectations
Send responsible security reports to [email protected] with “Security” in the subject. Describe impact and reproduction without accessing other users’ data, disrupting the service, or exposing secrets.
AirAgora is a small product and does not promise instant response. Urgent public safety and medical issues should go to the appropriate emergency or public authority, not this support address.
