AirAgora terms of service
These terms govern use of AirAgora’s public site, app, email results, accounts, alerts, and subscriptions. By using the service, you agree to use it as an informational planning tool and not as emergency, medical, or official authority guidance.

Informational service and forecast limitations
AirAgora provides modeled air-quality information, deterministic relative planning comparisons, educational content, and account automation. It does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, emergency instructions, legal advice, school closure policy, or a guarantee of personal safety.
Forecasts can be incomplete, delayed, stale, unavailable, or wrong. Broad model grids may differ from streets, monitors, indoor environments, and local incidents. Users should follow relevant authorities and qualified professionals for urgent or individual decisions.
Accounts, email links, and acceptable use
Users are responsible for access to their email account and devices. Magic links and sessions are personal and must not be shared or used to access another account. AirAgora can revoke sessions, throttle abusive traffic, and suspend activity that threatens security or availability.
You may not scrape the service in a way that disrupts operations, bypass entitlement or rate controls, probe credentials, submit unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use the service to misrepresent modeled data as an official measurement.
Subscriptions, trial, billing, and cancellation
Premium is offered at the price and cadence shown in Stripe Checkout: currently €4.99 monthly or €39 annually, with a seven-day trial for new Checkout subscriptions. An eligible annual launch coupon may reduce the first annual term by €10 while active. Checkout controls the final displayed amount.
Subscriptions renew until canceled. Use the authenticated Stripe portal when available to manage or cancel. Access generally continues through the paid-through period, subject to payment and guarded subscription state. Taxes, refunds, charge disputes, and consumer rights are handled according to Checkout terms and applicable law; contact [email protected] for support.
Content, attribution, and intellectual property
AirAgora’s code, design, copy, deterministic method, transformations, and branding are protected subject to applicable rights. Third-party data and marks remain with their owners and are used under their respective terms and attribution requirements.
GeoNames city metadata is used under CC BY 4.0. OpenWeather provides modeled air-pollution fields under its published terms and required attribution. EEA, EPA AirNow, WHO, Cloudflare, Stripe, and other sources are referenced for factual context and do not imply endorsement.
Availability, changes, liability boundary, and contact
AirAgora may change features, prices for future terms, providers, limits, or these terms. Material changes will update the effective date and may be communicated through the service. The service may be suspended for maintenance, provider failure, security, legal compliance, or discontinuation.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability or forecast accuracy, and AirAgora is not responsible for decisions made as if the product were emergency, medical, or official guidance.
