A simple comparison with an explainable rule
AirAgora selects one OpenWeather scale from the location, maps each valid hourly value within that scheme, and scores consecutive complete windows. The 70/30 mean-to-worst blend keeps both the overall period and a deteriorating hour visible.
If candidates are materially tied, the earlier period wins. If the best period barely improves on the day’s median, the result says conditions are similar. These rules stop tiny numerical differences from masquerading as certainty.
A walking route can differ from the city coordinate
The data are modeled on a broad OpenWeather grid. Streets beside traffic, covered passages, parks, waterfronts, hills, valleys, and indoor spaces may not match the selected point. AirAgora therefore describes the result as city-level modeled planning.
